In this retreat open to both new and experienced meditators, Mingyur Rinpoche will teach the Vajrayana method of self-liberation. Drawing on the Dzogchen tradition, he will guide us through the three modes of liberation, showing how destructive emotions and thoughts can liberate themselves when we directly realize their essence. As in the image of a thief entering an empty house, there is nothing to lose and nothing to gain. Each moment can be effortlessly experienced as empty clarity.
